Destination Murray Downs Golf and Country Club near Swan Hill is another Australian Top 100 golf course. A good country track in a popular golfing area, the Murray River.

Araluen Golf Resort

Aiming to complete all the Western Australian courses in one last trip, it was straight to Araluen Golf Resort after an early morning flight from Melbourne. I was hitting the course after a cold snap had hit the west coast so it was extremely nippy.

On a business trip to Singapore, I wanted to venture out to another country to play golf. I had played a few times in Singapore previously, finding it hugely expensive and not overly satisfying. Riverside Oaks Golf Resort Bungool Course

Heading out to the wild west, to play a new entry into the Top 100 Golf list, was the fairly new Bungool course at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort. Completed in 2014, this made history becoming Sydney’s first 36 hole club.

Making the trip to Tassie, it would be unforgivable to not sneak a game in at one of the countries best public courses, Barnbougle Lost Farm. The rise of this course to near top of the rankings has been dramatic.
